Sam and Stephen are the wife and husband team behind Bloom Property Styling. With a love of real estate, renovation and design and after building their 8-star solar passive home in Harcourt they realised it was time use their creativity to help others. Sam has a 10 year background in counselling which serves her well in delivering the highest levels of communication and client care, along with her passion for properties and design and genuine desire to assist home owners. “It saddens us to see vendors missing the opportunity to style their homes for sale in a competitive market and leaving their hard earned dollars on the table. In this digitially driven world empty rooms or cluttered spaces will have potential buyers scrolling past your property and onto the next”.
Stephen has over 20 years of retail experience within management and merchandising in specialised stores in Glasgow and Melbourne. With a background in art and design, draughtsmanship, hands on renovating experience and project managing domestic builds.Keen to follow their passion they started their own property styling business offering their contemporary flair for styling to the Castlemaine and Bendigo region.
